O parte a personalului cam expeditiv sau rece, inclusiv de la recepie .Pe partea de SPa mai multa curetenie.

Curatenie, personal OK, piscinele curate si inclazite Vom mai merge :)

Piscina pentru copii era inchisa. Mancarea diversificata dar parca toate sortimentele aveau acelasi gust.

am cerut in cappuccino(era trecut in meniu)si am primit un lichid cu o linguria de pudra instant pe care am dizolvat-o ca sa obin un lichid colorat!Dar...avea frisca la suprafaa! Iar mancarea...nu voi mai repeta experiena restaurantului!

in centru, aproape de Lacul Ursu

Mult sub ateptari. Nu recomand. Pre nejustificat de mare in condiiile in care nu se ofera acces la spa, dei este inclus in pre. Covid-19 nu poate fi o scuza, atata timp cat nu i-au ajustat pachetul turistic, implicit i oferta de pre. La pensiune completa se ofera doar o singura sticla de apa la 0,33 de persoana / masa. Legumele i fructele nu au prospeimea ateptata. angajaii nu se implica activ in meninerea masurilor de sigurana specifice pandemiei. Masuri organizatorice extrem de ineficiente la restaurant. Hotel de 4 stele, dar nu ofera papuci de casa, articole de toaleta la baie, nici macar sapun.
